Cancellation Policy

HALO & CROWN – BESPOKE CONSULTATION BOOKING POLICY Last updated: 30th May 2026 This policy applies to all bespoke jewellery consultations and design services provided by Halo & Crown Limited. By booking a consultation, you agree to the terms below. Consultations Bespoke consultations are: Subject to availability Free to book Free to cancel We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings where necessary. Design & CAD Process Following your consultation, if you choose to proceed: A design direction will be agreed between client and Halo & Crown. Once confirmed, a £150 CAD fee will be required via secure payment link. This fee is deducted from the final order total if the piece proceeds. No CAD work will begin until payment is received. Each CAD includes: Up to 3 free revisions Delivery within approximately 5 working days Sent via email once complete Additional revisions beyond 3 may incur charges. Quotation & Production Once the CAD is approved: A final quote will be issued Manufacturing begins only once full payment has cleared Production typically takes up to 4 working weeks from the agreed start date Timelines may vary depending on design complexity and material sourcing. Final Sale Terms All bespoke orders are strictly made-to-order and final sale. This means: No refunds No exchanges No buy-backs No cancellations once production has started Refund & Exception Policy Refunds or remakes will only be considered if: The final product materially differs from the approved CAD design The CAD file cannot be produced due to internal failure Each case will be reviewed individually. Client Responsibility By approving a CAD design, the client confirms: Full approval of all specifications Acceptance that production will match the approved design exactly Responsibility for ensuring accuracy before approval No changes can be made after approval. Communication All updates will be provided via email or agreed contact channels throughout CAD development and production. Policy Updates Halo & Crown reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to your consultation.
