Why don't you have customer reviews yet?

Halo & Crown is a newly launched, made-to-order fine jewellery house. We are intentionally growing slowly, producing a limited number of pieces to ensure exceptional standards. Early clients are invited to share feedback.

Do you have a physical store?

We operate online by appointment only. This allows us to focus entirely on craftsmanship, materials, and personal service rather than retail overheads.

Where is your jewellery made?

All pieces are made to order in specialist UK workshops, working to our specifications using responsibly sourced metals and diamonds.

How long does delivery take?

Each piece is made specifically for you. Delivery is typically 2 - 4 working weeks from order confirmation.

Which courier do you use?

Orders are shipped securely via trusted third-party couriers such as Royal Mail and DPD, depending on the value and destination.

Is my jewellery insured during delivery?

Yes. All shipments are fully insured until they are signed for.

Can I customise a design?

Yes. Many clients choose to adapt proportions, stones or finishes. Bespoke consultations are available by appointment. 

Why are your pieces different from high-street jewellers?

We operate on a made-to-order model with no retail premises. This allows us to invest in materials and craftsmanship rather than store mark-ups.

Do you require full payment upfront?

Yes. As each piece is made specifically for you, full payment is required before production begins.

Can I return my order?

Standard (non-customised) pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Bespoke or personalised pieces are non-returnable.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes. One complimentary resize is offered on eligible designs.

How do I know my piece is authentic?

All applicable items are hallmarked in accordance with UK regulations and supplied with documentation confirming materials and specifications.

How do I speak to someone before ordering?

You may book a video consultation or contact us directly. Every enquiry is handled personally.

Why should I trust a new jewellery house?

We believe trust is built through transparency, craftsmanship, and service – not volume. Each piece is produced with the same standards expected of established maisons.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your piece is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

What materials do you use?

We work exclusively with with solid gold (14k - 18k), 95% platinum, high-quality diamonds and gemstones.
